Besides being an accomplished pianist, Richard is also a composer, who has recorded six CDs of his original music. He has produced over forty CDs for Vectordisc and Deer Head Records with artists such as Dave Liebman, Bill Goodwin, Clarice Assad, Joey DeFrancesco, Ron Thomas, Nancy Reed, Lee Smith, and Bob Dorough. Richard's performance experience includes countless solo piano gigs and small group jazz at clubs and festivals. He has worked as a church organist, a blues pianist, and a folk musician.

Besides The Mike Byrne Trio, his current projects include The Mike & Will Duo (guitar/vocals) with Will Shafer, The Last Big Band (guitar/vocals - 17-piece jazz band), The Mount Laurel Br
Mike is a multi-instrumentalist who has played in many ensembles over fifty years spanning all types of music including, jazz, pop, rock and classical. Besides The Mike Byrne Trio, his current projects include The Mike & Will Duo (guitar/vocals) with Will Shafer, The Last Big Band (guitar/vocals - 17-piece jazz band), The Mount Laurel Brass (euphonium/guitar) and The West Chester Community Band (tuba). He also enjoys playing guitar or bass in pit orchestras for musicals at high schools in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Will is a music educator of thirty years, as well as a multi-instrumentalist who has worked with various bands across southeastern Pennsylvania. In addition to the Mike Byrne Trio, Will currently performs with the Standard Time Jazz Combo (bass), The Mike & Will Duo (bass/vocals), The Mount Laurel Brass (trombone), The Mount Laurel Brass
